To be able to create a Web 3D Home of your real estate properties, we need these three items:
● Floor Plan of the house in PDF or CAD format
● Elevation view in PDF or CAD format, with materials specified and shown as an image
● Other sketches or design inspiration images and files that will help us better capture the design in mind
The standard turnaround time for a Web 3D Home is:
● 3-5 working days for a single-story property, and
● 5-8 working days for a two-story real estate property
However, it depends on the quality, complexity, and details of real estate services you want. 3D interactive with customizable colors, finishings, and textures will take longer. For an approximation of the timeline for your specific requirements, please contact us.
You will receive the files , but if they are too large, we will set-up a download link where you can get these files:

We require 25% prepayment upon initial agreement and signing of the contract, and 75% upon completion of the project and final product delivery.
